The Netherlands National Committee for the protection of animals used for scientific purposes (NCad) advises the following organisations on the 3Rs and the welfare of experimental animals:
- the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries, Food Security and Nature (LVVN)
- the Central Authority for Scientific Procedures on Animals (CCD)
- Animal Welfare Bodies
